The patient forum consists of Mrs Joan Longstaff, Mr Ken Tyerman and Mr Clive Barnes whom I asked to set up a patient forum. The aim is to provide an independent body to debate issues of concern that affect the people who look to the Old Links Surgery for their health care. As far as I am aware we are the first practice on the Fylde Coast to take such an initiative.
Mrs Joan Longstaff is a retired district nurse
Mr Ken Tyerman is a retired civil servant
Mr Clive Barnes is not a patient of the Old Links Surgery however he is a retired headmaster of Heyhouses School.
